From Darkness to Light Foundation
From Darkness to Light Foundation (FDTLF) is a not-for-profit foundation established in the Lake Atitlan region of Guatemala to study, discuss and understand the biblical truths concerning Satan and his related entities, their methodology and work in and among the people, both Christians and non-Christians, and the subsequent education of all peoples thereof. It was formed after a true life experience of one of its directors dealing with the possession of his sister by an evil spirit and the subsequent death of his brother. See Hector’s story here.
The lake Atitlan area of Guatemala is currently a hotbed of activity for pagans. The lakefront community of Santiago boasts of the pagan god Maximone, San Marcos is the destination for the New Age community (astrology, crystals, psychic spells and other evil) and San Pedro has a reputation for drugs freely found and an anything goes attitude. In any given community on certain “special” days throughout the year it is common to find life-size representations of different evil entities along with empty cigarette packs and alcohol bottles. Every community has any number of well-known witches or “shamen”. And almost any Guatemalan person can point you in the direction of a family who has had a close encounter with a demonic possession. Ghosts and haunted houses are hardly needed here in Guatemala; we have the real deal with the devil, the demons and other demonic activity out in the open.
FDTLF will provide for the education and enlightenment of both clergy and lay people, Christian and non-Christian. The need exists for the preparation and distribution of Bible-based, experience produced literature and other training materials in our geographic area. Churches and people alike have neither the knowledge nor the means to provide or secure adequate assistance in this area.

The Bible is God’s infallible written revelation to man;
